SPECIAL ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • Returns are not applicable for special orders unless the promised jewelry did not meet the agreed design by both parties. 
  • The customer must make at least 25% down payment or the agreed amount with the Zavier representative to be able to proceed with the custom order, which is non-refundable.
  • Zavier will contact the customer through email or phone call if the custom jewelry is done, to which 90 days is given for pickup. 
  • For jewelry returns, the item must be in pristine, unworn condition, without any alterations such as sizing, engraving, damage, scratches, or other modifications. Zavier Jewelers reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges for jewelry that appears to be worn or tampered with.
  • Cash refunds will be issued to the original purchaser upon presentation of the sales receipt. Charge credits are issued to the original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.
  • The warranty does not include damage caused by mishandling jewelry after purchase. However, repair and associated services are available upon request, subject to applicable charges.
  • Our diamond warranty covers one year against damage or loss from normal wear but excludes mishandling or user-induced breakage.
  • Cancellation of order is not applicable if the custom order is already completed, shipped, or received. 
  • In the event that the customer cancels the order, Zavier has the right to do whatever it plans to do with the jewelry and has the full title of ownership with the design and jewelry. 
  • Alterations such as additional design, size, stones, or others cannot be done if the jewelry is shipped and completed; however, if the manufacturer is still in the process of making it, an additional fee may be charged.
